Zero Day

Unexpectedly,  I was able to take a zero day at home. As a bonus, I was able to do my laundry for free and go to the gym to use the hot tub. I really needed to do a lot of recovery, since my body had been through a lot the past few days. When I washed the dirt off my legs, I had tons of scarpes and bruises.  I spent the majority of the day stretching and working on blog posts. I had 8 of them to do and these things take a lot of time!
